The company has put in place stringent procedures to ensure continuous improvement with employee involvement, commitment, and responsibility for quality at all levels.

In JD, commitment to quality is a core objective as we believe this is the only way to ensure customer satisfaction. 

The company has set its eyes in achieving ISO standards for quality by 2009 in its Development Center in Faridabad, India and has set up a top management team to ensure the responsibility of evolving and implementing Quality Methodologies taking into account the various outsourcing paradigms.

At a project level, Software Quality Assurance (SQA) teams are formed which execute these quality standards and are the very backbone of our delivery commitment to our clients.
